Commercial Insurance

We are currently not in-network with any commercial insurance plans, however, we will file the dental treatment claim to your dental treatment claim to your dental insurance provider for you. As an out-of-network provider, we are not only able to keep our fees at lower levels, but most importantly, we are able to provide the best possible care for our patients and not let insurance dictate treatment.

Prior to scheduling your appointment, we will provide you with an estimated treatment plan to give you an idea of what you will be expected to pay on the day of your child's procedure.

After your child's appointment, we will also provide the forms necessary and information in order for you to file a claim for reimbursement with your dental insurance provider for the anesthesia fee. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, but we do help you with the claim. If you are interested in filing a claim for reimbursement with your medical insurance provider, please contact your medical insurer directly to inquire about which forms need to be completed and we are happy to assist you with the completion of those.
