Dr. Eric Vieth
Dr. Eric Vieth is a pediatric dentist, board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He grew up in Buffalo, New York, received his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Geneseo, and attended dental school and completed his residency in Pediatric dentistry at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
Since finishing his education, Dr. Eric has focused on providing care
for children with severe early childhood caries alongside an
anesthesiologist with the use of IV sedation. Over the past several
years, he has helped several thousand children receive necessary
dental treatment in a stress-free environment. Dr. Eric serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at MUSC for the Department of Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Eric enjoys boating and sailing the many beautiful waterways of Charleston, biking, and traveling with his wife Ashley and their three boys.

Dr. Matt Castele
Dr. Matt Castele grew up in Medina, Ohio as the middle child of five. He is a true Clevelander who spends his free time rooting for the Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Cavaliers. You can also find him boating, golfing, snowboarding, and enjoying life with his wife Natalie, two beautiful boys, and two wild golden retrievers.
After playing Division 1 Lacrosse and achieving his undergraduate degree at Bucknell University, Dr. Matt attended dental school at The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, he grew a strong interest in helping children, patients with special needs, and patients with dental anxiety. This led him to go on to pursue a residency in dental anesthesiology at The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Following graduation, Dr. Matt moved to Charleston, South Carolina and has been working primarily with children ever since. He is a Board Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist and Clinical Assistant Professor at MUSC for the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. He has performed nearly 10,000 IV sedation cases on children ranging from 2 years-old to 7 years-old and counting. His most important career goal is to decrease his patients anxiety while promoting a positive experience.
